Founded and led by Cliff Scarber, a sixth-generation Montanan, this company is built on the rugged values of integrity, hard work, and a deep love for the Big Sky Country. Cliff was born just off the Crow Reservation in Hardin, MT and raised near the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Ashland, MT. His roots trace back to the late 1800s when his ancestors immigrated from Italy and Germany, homesteading near Bridger, MT, on what is now the Lonesome Spur Guest Ranch, still operated by his Grandpa Lonnie.

Growing up in Southeast Montana, Cliff experienced the wide-open prairies, the tight-knit communities, and the unyielding spirit that defines the region. He graduated from Powder River County District High School in Broadus, MT where he learned the importance of grit, honesty, and a handshake that means something. Since 2016, Cliff has made his home in the Gallatin Valley, bringing his small-town Montana values with him.
